I’m Brent Roy, a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)—a credential held by fewer than 5% of ICF‑credentialed coaches worldwide. I am currently the only MCC in New Brunswick, Canada, and I work online with coaches across Canada and around the world.

Mentor Coaching sessions often involve listening to pre-recorded calls together to identify and solidify your strengths and find and close the gaps so you can move more deeply into coaching mastery!
We will meet whenever you’re ready. I recommend booking sessions with me approximately every two to three weeks to satisfy the ICF’s requirements to spread the sessions over a minimum three months.

The Mentor Coaching component is the final requirement to be fulfilled prior to submitting your application to the ICF. For credential renewals, I recommend enrolling in a mentor coaching program that starts at least five months prior to your renewal deadline.
