I believe we are all fully human. You don’t stop being a spouse, parent, or friend the moment you step into a leadership role—and you shouldn’t have to. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the reality that our roles are intertwined. When you are out of balance in one, it ripples into the other. I help you discover how to make it all work, so you can be fully present wherever you are.

30 Years of Leadership, Decades of Communication. Before becoming a coach, I spent 30 years advising leaders and guiding teams in the public sector and healthcare. I understand the high-stakes pressure of complex organizations. This was preceded by a decade in radio broadcasting, where I learned the art of how messages truly land. I combine this deep experience with my designation as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)—a credential held by fewer than 5% of coaches worldwide. As the only MCC in New Brunswick, I bring a level of expertise to our partnership that is rare and results-driven.

Relatability Born from Experience. My expertise isn’t just academic. In 2018, I experienced severe burnout firsthand. It drained me physically and emotionally, and the road to recovery was long. That experience transformed how I coach. I now recognize the early warning signs and help my clients build the resiliency and boundaries they need to stop burnout before it stops them.
